I just bought my second car from Prestman. Syrraj was amazing to work with. I hate buying cars, mainly because I hate how long it takes. Syrraj was able to get my approval and 5 car picks all taken care of before I got there. The cars were all ready to test drive when I walked in, I quickly fell in love and was out the door in an hour. There was me hassle, no pressure and no surprises. Fantastic experience at Prestmann Auto. Dallas was exceptional. We knew exactly what we wanted and there was no pressure for the “extras”. The car we purchased had issues with the locking system, but they made it right by ensuring us that it would be fixed as part of the purchase. Most dealers just sell it “as is”. Will definitely look to buy again once the kids get older.
