Accounts Payable (Salt Lake City)

Accounts Payable Job Summary

Provides financial, administrative and clerical support by ensuring payments are completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner

Accounts Payable Clerk Job Duties:

  • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
  • Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal id numbers; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
  • Verifying expense reports and/or reimbursement requests for employees for travel, misc monies paid out of pocket, etc.
  • Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
  • Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Disburses petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Support the Office Manager and provide administrative support as needed

Accounts Payable Clerk Skills and Qualifications:

Attention to Detail, Thoroughness, Organization, Analyzing Information, Accounting, Vendor Relationships, PC Proficiency, Data Entry Skills, General Math Skills, Organizational skills a must

Qualification requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years accounts payables
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements
  • General math skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational, stress and time management skills
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines

  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot. 
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
  • Build strong rapport with customers. 
  • Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.

Service Technician (Salt Lake City)

We're seeking a hard working & dedicated Service Technician for our team. Ideally you have experience in the automotive industry, with preference given to those with appropriate certification.

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
  • Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.  Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Receptionist (Salt Lake)

  • Approximately 30 hrs./wk

  • Hours

    • Monday-Friday  2 p.m - 7 p.m.

    • Saturday  9:30 a.m.-7 p.m

  • Pay $10/hour


  • Answer incoming calls

  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold

  • Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries

  • Assist the General Manager with various clerical duties as needed

  • Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees

  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise and take or refer the complaining customer to the appropriate individual for further communication.

  • Keeping the showroom tidy and stocking items as needed

  • Filing, scanning and Mailing as needed

  • Opening and Closing procedures

  • Run Credit Card Transactions

  • Put customers on Test drives when there's no salesperson available

  • Assist in getting keys for sales team

  • Distribute mail or interoffice mail to departments if needed
